How It Works
have some needlework to be framed?
Let us take care of that for you!
Simply download and print the Frame Design Form, found below. Fill out the form and send it to us along with your stitched piece using the courier of your choosing. Please enclose your piece in a ziplock bag inside a mailer to help protect it from the elements. Also, we highly recommend sending your piece with tracking information. You will be notified when your package is received. If you're local to the Cincinnati area, feel free to call then stop by to drop off the pieces you'd like us to frame.
We'll share pictures and pricing with you via text (or email) showing 3 or 4 different frame options based on the information you provided to us on the Design Form. You then make your selection and off we go to do the work!
Payment will be collected just prior to us shipping the finished piece back to you. Currently, we are only shipping within the contiguous US.

Because we work with a number of suppliers of frame mouldings, the selection we have to choose from is vast, thus allowing us to create the perfect frame to show off your work. We use quality supplies to support the work inside the frame. Only acid free mounting boards and backings will ever touch your work. You will have your choice of conservation glass, museum glass or no glass at all to sit atop your work. Personal attention and care is given to each piece while it makes it's way to becoming a cherished keepsake to have in your home.
where the magic happens
We built a dedicated working frame shop in our home. All of our frames are built here by us. From start to finish, we give your piece the attention it deserves. From stretching and pinning your work to the mounting board, selecting the moulding, building the frame, cutting the glass to fit properly, assembling of all the components and to packaging your art. Each step is performed with the care we would give our own work. And I am a stitcher, so that's saying something!!
